2027 Trip Dates
Sign up information:
One day trip sign ups are 100% virtual. Just send an email to the Trip Captain (preferred) or GEOINTSkiClub@nga.mil or geointskiclub@gmail.com. Someone on the council will get back with you to help get you signed-up. Trip Captains will be able to tell you how much you owe based on your needs.
Electronic payment is preferred and the electronic payment methods are: PayPal (select Friends and Family), Venmo and Zelle. The GEOINT Ski Club account can be found using the geointskiclubcouncil@gmail.com email address for all three methods.

The bus for the one day trips is $5 for NGA employees, NGA contractors, immediate family, and NGA retirees. There will be a $25 charge for friends, extended family members, and other guests.
Payment for the bus is due at sign-up plus any lift tickets, rentals, lessons, and food vouchers. Those who do not pay at sign up are placed on a wait list until payment is received.
One day trips are subject to last minute changes depending on weather conditions.

Cost: Varies based on type of hotel room.
Includes: 7 nights slopeside lodging at Beaver Run resort, Breakfast daily, Welcome and Après ski parties, and a Farewell dinner, air transportation from around $400+, all taxes and services of Encompasse staff. Epic ski pass should be purchased by skier but Encompasse can give a discount if bought through them. If we get no trip captain GEOIN Ski Club members should sign up with another BRSC club to go on this trip.
